Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to
provide exceptional service to clients and assist with various
processes related to the product.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients via inbound phone lines and direct them to
appropriate internal staff
Educate clients on the ordering and billing processes, and
coordinate specimen shipping logistics
Document case records accurately and maintain professional
relationships with colleagues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
3+ years of experience in a client or public-facing role
Proficient in the use of various office equipment and software
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without
accommodation
