Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Retirement Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee US qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ensuring
compliance and coordination with relevant committees
Design and implement new retirement processes while analyzing data
to inform program design decisions
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and manage
external vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in retirement benefits or a
related field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification
preferred
Strong understanding of retirement principles and regulatory
requirements
People management experience is a plus
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
