Job Description:
A company is looking for a Configuration Business Analyst -
Member.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to
business processes
Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical
personnel to define and communicate business requirements
Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are
incorporated into system design
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals
into actionable client solutions
Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including
configuration and batch processing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative
analysis software
Strong system skills for designing and creating complex queries of
healthcare data
Knowledge of US Medicaid and experience in areas such as Member,
Provider, Benefits, and Care Management
