A company is looking for a Staff, Advanced Analytics, Community
Support Product.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a data thought partner to product and business leaders,
providing insights and recommendations
Drive day-to-day analytics and create scalable data tools to
improve guest, host, and agent experiences
Lead data-driven roadmaps and influence data-driven decisions
across business verticals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in business
analytics
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science,
Mathematics)
Expert skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming
language for data analysis (Python or R)
Experience with non-experimental causal inference methods and
machine learning techniques
Ability to work under ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
