Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Development Chemist to lead
the formulation of innovative personal care products.
Key Responsibilities
Own the R&D process with contract manufacturers, including
creating briefs and troubleshooting formula challenges
Support tech transfers by coordinating samples and helping to set
quality standards
Work in a lab setting to expedite product development and
facilitate clinical testing studies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic
Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience
3+ years in a product development role at a manufacturer or
brand
Technical experience developing formulas for personal care
products
Experience working independently in a lab setting
Adaptable and resilient with a quick learning ability
