A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst - Learning
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes
Evaluate and optimize current Workday Learning configurations for
efficiency and user engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, test,
and implement new solutions or improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience with Workday Learning is required
Knowledge of downstream integrations and HR business processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential
information
Experience working with a large, diverse, and remote workforce is
preferred
