• Direct Hire13509Work Setting: 3 days a week onsite. Travel: once a year to near shore office (Mexico or Costa Rica)Required:--- Experience as a portfolio manager or PMO lead capacity (10+ years);--- Experience in formal training in project management;--- Experience with PMO and IT Operations;--- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;--- Experience with Creating and Implementing Department Processes and Procedures;--- Experience with Organizational Change Management as it relates to supporting technology projects and processes;--- Experience with portfolio financial planning and accounting;--- Experience with the RFP process, vendor contracts, and vendor management;--- Experience managing a large geographically dispersed team of global resources;--- Bachelor's degree in Business or Project Management is required. An advanced degree is highly desirable, particularly an MBA;--- PMP, Six Sigma or Scrum Master certifications.Preferred:--- Experience operating as a shared service entity;--- Experience leading global cross-functional teams is a plus.
