A company is looking for a Product Reliability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance customer experience by improving the reliability of
Boundary Cloud
Develop tools for metric visibility and drive incident management
processes
Collaborate across teams to improve tools and participate in a 24/7
on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with production applications at scale,
including backend applications in Golang and AWS
Strong focus on quality through maintainable code and comprehensive
testing
Experience debugging performance bottlenecks in live services
Willingness to learn and reflect on experiences
Clear communication skills with an empathetic approach
