Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HCM Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday
HCM modules
Manage ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of the
Workday HCM system
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate
requirements into effective Workday solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including
hands-on configuration and implementation
Proven experience leading Workday HCM projects and managing
cross-functional teams
Workday certification(s) in HCM and other relevant modules is
preferred
Experience in leading Workday implementation projects within
pharmaceutical/life science sectors is a plus
