Vice President of Sales (SVP) is a pivotal leadership role,
responsible for driving the strategic vision, operational
excellence, and revenue growth of the US Corporate Sales Division
with focus on B2B. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive
Officer will oversee national sales operations, spearhead
transformative initiatives, and lead a high-performing team to
achieve ambitious growth targets. This role demands a dynamic,
visionary leader capable of influencing organizational strategy,
fostering a culture of accountability, and establishing Shoes For
Crews (SFC) as an industry leader in slip-resistant footwear.Job
Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned
with corporate objectives to achieve significant revenue
growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to influence corporate
direction and long-term planning.Revenue Growth:
- Drive top-line growth by expanding market share in existing
segments and penetrating new markets.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the
division meets or exceeds financial targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a robust sales organization, fostering
a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Implement SFC's sales leadership framework to enhance team
effectiveness.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional
development of sales leaders and team members.Key Account
Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier strategic
accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
- Support sales leaders in negotiating high-stakes deals and
resolving escalated customer issues.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer
needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product Development and Marketing teams to align
sales initiatives with market demands and product
innovation.Operational Excellence:
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring the efficient use of
resources, processes, and tools, including Salesforce.com and
Tableau.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure
transparency and informed decision-making.
- Represent SFC at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences
to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Promote SFC's value proposition through consultative selling
and impactful presentations.Functional / Technical Experience:
- Mastery of Salesforce.com and Tableau for data-driven
decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales
plans.
- Proven success in leading large, remote sales teams and
managing complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Superior communication skills, including negotiation,
presentation, and interpersonal influence.
- Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving and
decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and
multitasking.
- Adaptability and expertise in change management within dynamic
environments.Other Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in sales leadership roles, including
managing B2B and national/strategic account sales teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related
field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles and high-level
negotiations.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.Shoes For Crews is
