Job Description:
A company is looking for a Departmental Technician 7-E9 -
License Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and agent calls related to license sales and
services
Administer various programs including the Lifetime License Holder
Program and Disability Permit Program
Process license agent supply orders and manage delinquent agent
accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of relevant administrative support experience at the
7-level or higher in state service
Two years of college may substitute for experience at the
7-level
Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience at the 8-level or
higher
One year of job-related experience may substitute for experience at
the E9 level with a Bachelor's degree
