Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Analyst to support the Small
Business Group Marketing Science team by assessing competency and
the impact of learning moments.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate competency assessments, track progress, and compile
actionable insights
Develop and implement a standardized process to evaluate 'Train the
Trainer' efforts
Conduct research to understand advertiser needs and generate
actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical
experience
Experience conducting survey research and implementing survey
designs
Proficiency in working with large datasets using SQL or similar
tools
Familiarity with digital advertising measurement methods and
technologies
Strong data analysis skills and ability to collaborate
effectively
