Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Organizational
Development Partner to lead strategic learning and development
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assess learning needs and design comprehensive strategies aligned
with company goals
Create and facilitate engaging training sessions in various
formats
Provide tailored coaching and mediation to enhance collaboration
and leadership skills
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in organizational development,
industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field
10 or more years of experience in organizational development,
leadership development, or talent management
Vendor certification in at least one assessment tool (e.g., DISC,
MBTI)
Proven experience in designing and evaluating training programs
across various levels
Strong coaching skills with experience guiding leaders in
developing their capabilities
