Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Receptionist & Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

Manage phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages, and schedule appointments
Oversee appointment scheduling, confirm appointments, and collect insurance details
Communicate patient information to medical providers and assist with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a medical scheduler and/or receptionist
Fluency in Spanish
Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and records
Experience in a virtual work environment is preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
