Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Services Partner responsible
for managing customer relationships and driving service growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire customer services journey from pre-sales to
go-live, ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with
customer business goals while driving adoption and pipeline
generation
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance
service delivery and achieve YOY growth in bookings
Required Qualifications
8+ years of consultative sales experience with a strong track
record of exceeding quotas
3+ years of experience in selling or delivering professional
services in a strategic consulting or software environment
Proven ability to establish and maintain C-level relationships as a
trusted advisor
Experience in managing large and complex accounts with significant
revenue pursuits
Strong project/account management experience in a collaborative,
matrixed environment
