Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Associate I to conduct
in-depth research regarding patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle research on patient self-pay, insurance, and bad debt
balances
Process itemized documentation from payors as requested by
patients
Track and prioritize changes to client processes and urgent
requests
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD codes, and related healthcare
documentation
Experience working in EPIC
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
