Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer
Service Representative in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process inbound calls regarding customer
insurance policies
Assist customers with questions about policy coverage, billing, and
modifications
Handle billing calls while awaiting state licensing approval
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
Must have open availability during hours of operation
Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict
resolution skills
