Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Advisor fluent in Mandarin for
the West Coast/Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete reservation process, ensuring seamless
communication and personalization for guests
Meet sales targets by responding to inquiries promptly and
accurately, while upselling additional services
Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure data integrity in the
relevant systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in hospitality, hotel
operations, or customer service required
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Understanding of the luxury hotel environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced setting
Flexibility in work schedule
