Job Description:
A company is looking for a New Home Solar Advisor who will serve
as the primary point of contact for homebuyers regarding new home
solar products and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with new homeowners, addressing their questions and
serving as a resource throughout the solar program process
Track customer profiles and account statuses, ensuring timely
system activations and managing service requests
Perform data entry and manage customer interactions via phone,
email, and CRM tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Contact or Call Center experience, preferably in a blended
communication environment
Working knowledge of computers and basic software applications,
including MS Outlook
Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
Salesforce or comparable CRM experience is preferred
