A company is looking for an Attorney Professional Development
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and report on attorney productivity, availability,
utilization, and professional development
Implement a performance evaluation process for associates and
facilitate realization of Professional Development Priorities
Collaborate with practice leaders to identify training needs and
organize appropriate training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm environment,
collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders
Coaching or L&D qualification with 8 years of experience in a
professional services environment
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365 for data
interpretation and presentation
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work well under
pressure
