Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Developer for their Application
Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor development teams while fostering a collaborative
environment
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using
.NET and C# in the Azure ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines,
and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and
within budget
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years
in a lead or senior role
Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Azure technologies
Experience in the Azure environment and related services
Proven leadership experience with strong mentoring and coaching
abilities
