Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Manager to lead and manage all
aspects of human resources in a fast-growing fintech
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment processes and manage onboarding for new hires
Develop HR policies and strategies that align with business growth
and compliance
Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and engagement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in fintech or
technology sectors
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
Strong knowledge of global HR practices and compliance in the USA
and Europe
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
