Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HRBP to enhance organizational
talent density and support performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the performance review and management process, providing
guidance on goal setting and personnel decisions
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify gaps and execute
initiatives for employee retention and engagement
Address employee concerns with empathy and ensure compliance with
labor laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations,
focusing on talent development in a startup environment
Deep knowledge of employment laws and human resources
regulations
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) strongly preferred
