Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner
(HRBP) to align human capital strategy with business objectives and
support HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters,
including employee relations and talent management
Drive strategic talent management initiatives and assess people
leader capabilities
Conduct investigations and collaborate with legal on HR-related
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related area
5-7 years of HR experience, including employee relations and
performance management
1-3 years of experience analyzing workforce needs and trends
2-4 years of HRBP experience related to call centers
1-3 years of experience with Workday HCM
