Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team in executing enterprise-level
transformation initiatives
Coach team members to identify and quantify measurable business
benefits
Create high-quality executive-level presentations to track
initiative progress and KPI performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
required
5+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas:
process improvement, business analysis, customer experience,
organizational change management, or project management
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or
Organizational Change Management preferred
