Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Insights Manager to analyze
market trends and provide actionable insights to business decision
makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for sales
and margin growth based on market trends
Present data-driven narratives to the executive team, outlining
potential business impacts and testing plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter
expert in retail data analytics
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Retail Data Insights
Proven analytical background with experience in forecasting,
budgeting, and financial analysis
Experience with large volume retailers, preferably within Consumer
Packaged Goods (CPG)
Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Alteryx, Excel) and data
presentation tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of retail operations, product lifecycle
management, and pricing strategies
