Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Manager - Risk and Insurance -
System Wide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze defense counsel effectiveness and claims related
to the Early Liability Review Program
Evaluate, reserve, and resolve liability claims, including those
related to Cyber Liability and D&O/EPL
Work closely with employed physicians and insurance staff regarding
claims management and coverage issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred education includes Insurance Courses such as
CPCU/AIC/ARM/INS Institute
Minimum of 7 years handling Professional Liability Claims
At least 2 years of experience in technical/complex litigation
specialties, including Cyber, D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, or Medical
Malpractice claims
