Job Description:

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Literacy Curriculum, Elementary.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to shape the vision and strategy for core preK-5 literacy programs
Oversee content development for English and Spanish offerings, ensuring alignment with educational guidelines and quality standards
Manage and mentor team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration and professional development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field
8+ years of experience in educational publishing, specifically in PreK-12 curriculum development
5+ years of experience leading a team in developing PreK-12 curriculum for a diverse market
Fluent in English and able to read and comprehend Spanish-language texts
Experience managing state-specific curriculum and adoption processes
