systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday
systems in alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure system
configurations meet departmental needs
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects efficiently
while maintaining quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
5-10 years of experience in managing teams
Expertise in supporting global ERP cloud systems, preferably
Workday
Strong ability to interact with senior leaders and tailor
communication for diverse audiences
