A company is looking for a Talent Management Specialist who is

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized growth plans for employees across
different departments
Track employee growth and performance metrics, providing regular
insights to stakeholders
Develop systems to identify skill gaps and create targeted
development programs
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in talent development, talent
management, learning & development, or human resources
Experience with Performance Management Systems and Learning
Management Systems (LMS)
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Proficient in English; other languages are a plus
