Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Global Loyalty
Strategy to develop and implement loyalty and consumer engagement
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive consumer engagement experiences to increase loyalty
enrollments across global channels
Execute CRM contact strategies and consumer journeys, focusing on
e-commerce
Measure and analyze global loyalty programs and campaign
performance to drive improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in loyalty marketing and/or CRM for a
multi-channel retail company
Experience in crafting consumer journeys across multiple
channels
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making
approach
Proven ability to implement segment-specific strategies
Experience in project and change management
