Key Responsibilities
Design and implement community strategies and practices to support
client needs
Manage and mentor Community Managers, establishing best practices
for community engagement
Track and analyze community performance KPIs, providing regular
reports and insights
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming
industry
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams
Understanding of game genres and player personas
Experience with community and social channel analytics
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
