Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Follow-Up to provide
analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct a staff of supervisors managing teams of up to 25
employees
Ensure patient calls are answered within service levels and handled
with quality
Oversee contact center performance to consistently meet contractual
SLAs
Required Qualifications:
3 - 5 years' experience in customer service within a hospital or
healthcare call center
Strong organizational skills
Experience in leading and managing employees in a high contact
center environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
Outstanding time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks
