Job Description:
A company is looking for a Linux Support Engineer I to provide
technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries
and manage customer interactions
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues, providing
appropriate technical solutions
Document solutions for common problems and collaborate with
internal teams to advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
Experience in Linux administration in bare-metal, virtualized,
and/or cloud environments
Familiarity with private or hybrid cloud environments like Azure,
AWS, and/or OCI
Proficiency in Shell and Python scripting
Experience with monitoring and alerting in enterprise and cloud
environments
Ability to adhere to technical standard operating procedures
