A company is looking for an Esports Assistant Coach for
Overwatch.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and implement recruitment of qualified
student-athletes
Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid in the recruitment
process
Maintain a schedule for the academic year and support academic
development of learners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1 to 3 years of coaching experience with a team-based sport or
activity
3+ years of experience with Overwatch
Knowledge of rules and regulations from the College and National
Association of Colleges and Employers
