This is an open, competitive, Career Service opportunity. We have

Description: This is a paraprofessional position assigned to the
Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency. The incumbent provides a high
level of administrative support to management personnel and is
responsible for a wide range of duties to help maintain the smooth
flow of day-to-day operations. The incumbent in this role is
required to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Annual Salary: $33,760 annually. Salary does not include an
additional bi-weekly competitive area differential of $48.80.
Internal salary appointments are determined according to DCF Salary
policy.
Typical Duties:
Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited
college or university and one year of administrative experience. A
Master's degree from an accredited college or university can
substitute for the required experience. Administrative or clerical
experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required
college education.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint), excellent typing, communication, writing, and
time management skills are needed to perform the duties of this
position.

Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/Creole/French or other foreign
language may be considered in the selection process as determined
by Agency need at time of interview
