Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Financing Treasury Analyst to
support loan financing efforts for ambulatory surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the loan origination process, including RFP preparation,
lender selection, and closing
Collaborate with various teams to support the debt financing
process and prepare financial reports
Negotiate lending terms, manage lender relationships, and conduct
due diligence for M&A activities
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or
equivalent)
1+ years of relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred
