Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of federal and state income and franchise
tax returns, estimated payments, and extension calculations
Support the tax provision process and assist in tax audits with
external auditors and governmental agencies
Research federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations while
monitoring legislative changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related
field
3+ years of federal and multi-state corporate income tax
experience
Experience with OneSource or other tax compliance software
Knowledge of FASB ASC 740 and Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP)
Any combination of education and experience that provides the
required qualifications
